Where are unclaimed funds held?
Once efforts to return lost funds have failed, the money is transferred to the Government where it waits until claimed.
How long does it take to process my claim?
Typical claims are processed within 3-6 weeks. More complex cases may take longer, and it's difficult to put an exact time frame on the claim process due to dealing with busy Government departments.
What's the cost?
